The first button allows you to enable or disable offline files. Sync Centre optionsĪ new window labelled ‘Offline files’ will open. On the left side, you’ll see several options to choose from – click on the one labelled ‘Manage offline files’. Press the enter key, and your Sync Centre will open. To do so, press the Windows key on your keyboard and type ‘mobsync’. In order to either turn this on or off, you need to go to your Sync Centre. If you have one of the correct versions for this, follow the steps below to turn offline files on or off. This could be Windows 10 Home, for example – if so, your computer does NOT support offline file functionality. Click on the search result with that label and a new window will open, containing all sorts of information about your computer – among them, at the very top, the Windows version you are running.
Press the Windows key and type ‘system information’. If you aren’t sure which version you have, you can find out easily. First off – the offline file functionality is only available in the Pro, Enterprise and Education versions of Windows 10.
